How does the notification service work?

  • The payment recipient organization (utility company, patrol, parking) reports a new debt.
  • Information is sent to the UCC in real time, in a standardized format.
  • UCC processes the received data in live mode and immediately transfers it to the payment initiator (e.g. bank).
  • The payment initiator (bank) immediately displays information about the new debt to the user in the Internet/mobile bank and also displays a notification about the debt on the screen of the mobile device.
  • The user receives accurate information and, if desired, makes a payment instantly.
